Solution/Product Analyst

Provide comprehensive competitor and market research initiatives to generate actionable insights that inform product development and growth strategies. This role requires analytical rigor and strategic thinking to influence business decisions and identify emerging opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed research and analysis of competitor products and industry trends to inform strategic planning
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover insights beyond predefined scopes, enhancing understanding of market dynamics
• Translate competitor research findings into actionable recommendations for internal product and growth strategies
• Proactively identify and define new research areas, challenge existing assumptions, and propose innovative research approaches to support business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Computer Science or relevant IT-related field
• 3 to 5 years of experience in competitor, product, or market research, exploratory quality assurance, or business analysis
