Job Description
Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Solution Architect to join their dynamic team:
- Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract (Option for +1 year)
- Position: Solution Architect (ServiceNow)
- Location: Central (Nearest MRT: Tanjong Pagar)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Salary Package: Basic + Bonus + Medical Benefits
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct feasibility studies and lead architectural design for migrating workflows from legacy platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Nintex K2) to ServiceNow with minimal disruption.
- Design and oversee ServiceNow Performance Monitoring and Predictive Analytics to enhance operational visibility and support data-driven decision-making.
- Architect and oversee ServiceNow AI capabilities (e.g., NowAssist, Agentic AI), developing adoption strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Lead integration experiments connecting ServiceNow AI with other SaaS solutions (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Workday, SAP, COUPA, Oracle).
- Oversee migration to ServiceNow Protected Platform (SPP) to unlock new capabilities like AI Agent Studio and Workflow Data Fabric.
- Provide architecture guidance to ensure ServiceNow alignment with organizational technology strategy, collaborating across business units to promote standardization and consistency.
- Streamline complex access control matrices within licensing constraints, optimising user access patterns and maintaining strong security controls.
- Independently validate vendor solutions, review platform upgrades and code quality to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Serve as technical authority for vendor accountability and delivery quality.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of solution architecture experience, with at least 3 years focused on ServiceNow platform architecture, configuration, and customisation.
- Proven track record in enterprise solution architecture, system integration, and large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Deep understanding of workflow migration strategies and legacy system modernisation (e.g., SharePoint, Nintex K2).
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, and AI capabilities.
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems including ERP, HCM, and procurement platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Familiarity with applying or evaluating AI/ML in business processes, automation, or decision-making.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS) and enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) are advantageous.
- Experience with cloud platform is an added advantage.
- Experience in government or highly regulated environments is a plus.
