Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Solution Architect to lead complex projects within Banking and Financial Services division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Wealth, Digital, and Investment banking sectors, with strong capabilities in designing and implementing robust process improvements and strategic transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. 
• Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement next-generation architecture for banking systems, ensuring seamless integration and migration of legacy systems.
• Drive the adoption of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, ensuring flexibility and efficiency in project delivery.
• Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, interpreting business requirements and translating them into scalable and efficient web-based solutions. 
• Maintain rigorous risk and cost management practices across various program segments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting and audit standards.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the Wealth, Digital, and Investment banking sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial markets, lending, wealth management, Agile transformations, and risk management.
• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Senior Officer within top-tier financial institutions.
• Proven ability to manage projects with multimillion-dollar budgets and cross- cultural teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, ITIL, Agile Methodology, or equivalent.
• In-depth knowledge of industry- standard methodologies like BCBS239, FDSF, FATCA, IFRS, CRS, etc.
