Job Title: Software Quality Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, test data, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software products.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define test objectives, scope, and entry/exit criteria for testing phases.
• Perform system testing, including functional and performance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts and testing tools.
• Review and analyze test results, identify defects and anomalies, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Continuously improve testing practices, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in software quality assurance testing.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium) and performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience with issue management and CI tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Knowledge of cloud-based testing tools and security testing methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
