Job Responsibilities
Serve as the software technical liaison for overseas automotive OEM customer projects, responsible for technical communication, reviews, delivery, and issue troubleshooting:
- Responsible for requirements decomposition and modular design compliant with Automotive SPICE framework;
- Responsible for writing embedded code, debugging, performance optimization according to Automotive standards;
- Produce design documents, reports, and other deliverables required by A-SPICE processes;
- Analyze and resolve technical issues during the software development process, and collaborate with relevant departments for product debugging;
- Responsible for supporting customer reviews of software-related designs.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Automation, or related fields;
- 3+ years or more of experience in automotive electronic software development, proficient in driver development and debugging, familiar with TCP/IP protocol, proficient in software analysis and design based on SOC or FPGA;
- Proficient in C or C++ programming;
- Knowledge and skills in automotive cybersecurity are a plus;
- Fluent in both Chinese and English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), able to work in cross-cultural environments, and willing to travel;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, team-oriented, and accountability for deliverables.
