RESPONSIBILITIES

The roles & responsibilities of the social worker would include but are not limited to the following:

• Conduct triage assessment of youths who have offended
• Provide casework and counselling interventions for youths at risk and their families.
• Plan and conduct group work to support youths to adopt a crime-free lifestyles and to be more engaged in the community.
• Engage in community work to build an ecosystem of assets and resources.
• Engagement and advocate with systems and stakeholders in the community.
• Strategize and coordinate interventions to support beneficiaries.
• Assist with company projects or report submissions.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD/supervisor.

• Bachelor in Social Work.
• No prior work experience required for new entrants to social work.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to identify and solve complex problems in a timely, efficient manner.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration with diverse groups.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, articulate ideas concisely and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to travel to various locations to meet youths and families for sessions.
• Passionate about uplifting vulnerable individuals and building thriving communities.
