Responsibilities:

• Manage individual youth cases, including conducting orientation, setting intervention goals, and timely reviews

• Build and maintain partnerships with employers, schools, social service agencies, and community networks for reintegration support

• Present case updates at formal platforms to report on intervention progress

• Coordinate with operations teams to provide necessary case details for daily movement and logistics

• Plan and conduct group activities or therapeutic group work for youth residents

Requirements:

• Degree in Social Work or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the social service sector

• Solid understanding of social work theories and intervention techniques; interest in developing clinical skills

• Strong coordination skills

• Skilled in case assessment, planning, documentation, and administrative tasks
