Key Responsibility Areas

• Provide casework management to clients with varying needs, risk and safety concerns.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve case plan outcomes.
• Participate/ implement group work to target client groups or other stakeholders/ agencies.
• Participate in community development initiatives and provide recommendations for consideration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director & Head of FSC/Director/Management.

Required qualifications and experience

• Degree, Graduate Diploma or Master in Social Work / Degree or Master in Counselling.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience working with individuals/ families is an added advantage.
• Good report writing skill.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational skill.
