As a Social Work Associate with FSCs, you may be deployed to work with various client groups across the different FSCs.

We're looking for Social Work Associates to join our Family Service Centres (FSCs), supporting the various departments which have diverse client groups.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in casework and counseling interventions with expert guidance.
• Support the administrative functions essential to group work processes.
• Assist in the execution of group work, community development, and program initiatives.
• To assist with handling enquiries and managing intakes.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by HOD and supervisor.

• Preferred Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work; other diplomas considered.
• Excellent organizational skills, adept at supporting and enhancing social work interventions.
• Highly proficient in both oral and written communication, with strength in English.
• Resourceful and highly skilled at collaborating with various government agencies to secure effective solutions for the community.
• In-depth knowledge and keen ability to interpret relevant policies and schemes that impact clients.
• Mature and independent, possessing a positive work attitude while excelling as a team player.
