This is an entry-level role focused on executing and supporting social media content for Adrenalin Group's own channels. Fresh graduates with strong interest in social media, content creation, and on-the-ground storytelling are welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing

• Execute day-to-day management of Adrenalin Group's social media channels across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as required
• Support content planning, including contributing ideas and organising content into content calendars
• Capture daily behind-the-scenes content at the office, meetings, and internal activities
• Be on-site for events, activations, and shoots to capture real-time content such as photos, short-form videos, stories, and reels
• Create and adapt social media content including captions, visuals, and short videos, following brand guidelines and tone of voice
• Schedule and publish content consistently using approved tools and workflows
• Monitor social media channels for comments and messages, supporting basic community engagement
• Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and support simple reporting
• Maintain organised records of content, assets, and approvals
• Stay aware of social media trends, formats, and platform features to improve content execution

What we’re looking for

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
• Comfortable being on-site and capturing content in real-world, fast-moving environments
• Able to work hands-on with phones, cameras, and basic editing tools
• Clear and concise written communication skills
• Basic proficiency in Canva, Capcut and simple video editing tools
• Familiarity with common social media platforms and content formats
• Exposure to social media management or content creation is a plus, but not required
