Our Client, a Singapore-based retailer and distributor specializing in tabletop miniature games and hobby products, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Social Media & Community Associate.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Social Media Management

• Plan and execute a content calendar for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Create engaging "boots-on-the-ground" content (short-form videos, photos) featuring our retail products.

• Monitor trends to keep our brand relevant in the local market.
  

2. WhatsApp Community & Engagement

• Manage and grow our exclusive WhatsApp broadcast groups/communities.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing product recommendations and stock updates.

• Drive sales by sharing "exclusive drops" or "flash deals" directly to our community members.
  

3. Retail & Customer Support

• Assist with retail operations during peak periods or special events.

• Gather feedback from in-store customers to inform future social media content.

• Ensure a seamless "O2O" (Online-to-Offline) experience for customers.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in any fields

• Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar mobile editing tools), and WhatsApp Business.

• A "people person" who enjoys interacting with customers both behind a screen and face-to-face.

• Fresh grads are welcomed
  

OTHER INFORMATION:

• Location: Commonwealth

• Working Days/Hours: 5 days (inclusive of 1 weekend), 2pm-10pm/12pm-10pm/11am-7pm

• Salary: $2,500 (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications)
