Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil & Structural)

Location: Singapore (Project Sites)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reporting To: Project Manager / Construction Manager

Role Overview

Lead day-to-day site execution for civil engineering works including drainage construction and RC structures (retaining walls, bridge abutment walls). Drive safety, quality, and programme delivery on the ground.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily works: excavation, drainage, RC works, backfilling, reinstatement.
• Coordinate manpower/subcontractors, sequencing, and site logistics.
• Ensure drainage line/level/gradient accuracy and proper installation of pipes/manholes.
• Oversee RC works: formwork, rebar, embedments, concreting, curing, and finishing.
• Enforce WSH requirements; conduct toolbox meetings and maintain site control.
• Prepare daily progress updates and site documentation; escalate risks early.

Requirements

• 3–7 years relevant experience in civil & structural works (drainage + RC).
• Able to read drawings/specs and execute method statements effectively.
• Strong on-site coordination, leadership, and problem-solving.
• Preferred: BCSS/WSQ and relevant WSH training.
