Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily site operations, and prepare regular project progress reports.
• Coordinate and liaise with clients, consultants, and other contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and control work progress, project schedule, safety, and quality standards on site.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Support the project team in implementing works in accordance with approved standards, specifications, and project timelines.
• Assist in project planning, coordination, resource allocation, and staff management.
• Work closely with clients and relevant authorities to address technical matters and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and coordination skills to support effective project delivery.
• Stationed full-time on site to supervise mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation works and address all site-related issues.
• Multiple Site Supervisors will be deployed when concurrent works are carried out at different sites.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and in accordance with standards.
• Ad-hoc assignment

Job Requirement:

• Min 4-5 years experience in site supervision and coordination formechanical and electrical works in oil & gas or petrochemical facilities.Additional experience in instrumentation and control (I&C) works ispreferred.
• Possess certification for Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in ProcessPlant or equivalent, Building Construction Supervisor Safety, Confined Space Safety Accessor or equivalent.
• Additional certification for Work-at-Height for Supervisor,Supervise Safety Lifting Operations.

Workplace location: Joo Koon

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm & Alternate Saturday 8.30am to 12pm
