• Ensure timely completion of projects with high-quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment
• Supervise and coordinate daily site operations, including managing subcontractors and construction workers
• Lead a team of construction workers, ensuring clear communication and effective task allocation.
• Mobilize and arrange transportation for workers between the construction site and accommodations/dormitories.
• Track project progress and report regularly to the Project Manager, highlighting key milestones, issues, and delays
• Organize and participate in site inspections, coordinating with clients, engineers, safety officers, and other stakeholders
