We are looking for a Site QS Engineer (Electrical) to support project costing and tender activities within the engineering team. In this role, you will be involved in preparing cost estimates, reviewing tender documents, and supporting contract-related matters across ongoing and upcoming projects.

You will work closely with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information, evaluate quotations, and ensure cost accuracy. This includes monitoring market rates for materials and labour, following up on quantities and billing matters, and ensuring all costing details are properly documented and aligned with project requirements.

As part of the tender process, you will assist in preparing submissions, responding to clarifications, and supporting presentations where required. You may also attend site visits to better understand project scope and requirements. After project award, you will be responsible for handing over all relevant tender and costing information to the project team for execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, with at least 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost estimation within an M&E or construction environment. You should be comfortable working with technical documents, have a good understanding of market pricing, and be able to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. A proactive approach, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be important for success in this role.
