About the role

As a Site Manager (Construction), you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects in Singapore. This full-time position requires excellent project management skills, extensive experience in the construction industry, and a strong commitment to safety and quality standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Supervise and lead a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and engineers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
Develop and implement detailed project plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize productivity and resource allocation
Monitor and report on project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies
Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any concerns
Contribute to the continuous improvement of construction processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Project Manager in the construction industry
Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects on time and within budget
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills
Strong understanding of construction techniques, building codes, and project management methodologies
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse stakeholders
Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
