Key Responsibilities

• Support Project Manager in daily site execution (rig movement, manpower, materials)
• Plan and adjust resources (OT, manpower, equipment) with approval
• Monitor and highlight QA/QC non-conformance
• Ensure equipment maintenance and operational readiness
• Oversee site safety and working platform conditions
• Lead and develop site teams through coaching and performance feedback
• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with HSEQ standards and company policies
• Maintain proper documentation and adherence to HR and safety requirements

Requirements

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related frield.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Deep Soil Mixing or similar ground improvement works
• Possess relevant safety certifications
• Experience in other geotechnical / ground improvement methods is an advantage
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working on-site and outdoors

Working Hours: 5.5 days; Mon – Fri: 8:30am to 5:30pm, Alt Saturday: 8:30am to 12:30pm

Working Location: Island-wide
