Job Description

Develops and manages project schedules, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Oversees daily operations on the construction site, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and labourers to ensure smooth project execution.
Ensures that construction work meets quality standards and project specifications, conducting regular site inspections and addressing any issues promptly.
Prioritizes safety on the construction site, implementing safety protocols, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Maintains effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise.
Prepares and maintains accurate project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in construction software and project management tools.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
