Job Responsibilities

• Manage overall construction site operations and project progress
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Ensure project is completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Monitor site activities, manpower planning, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Prepare project reports and attend site meetings

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 8–12 years experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and site coordination
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple subcontractors and site teams
