Role Overview

DONG CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD is hiring a Construction Site Engineer to support ongoing LTA infrastructure projects. This role is hands-on and site-based, driving execution quality, coordination, and delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations to ensure works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to specification.

• Coordinate with LTA, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams on construction methodology, sequencing, and site constraints.

• Prepare and review method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments in accordance with project requirements.

• Oversee site supervision, quality control, and inspection processes; ensure rectifications are closed out promptly.

• Monitor progress and resources (manpower, plant, materials) and support reporting on productivity and performance.

• Support submissions, site records, and documentation (e.g., daily reports, inspection records, as-built updates).

• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards, and project quality requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of construction site engineering experience.

• Proven experience working on LTA projects in Singapore (mandatory).

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant discipline.

• Strong coordination capability across multiple stakeholders; able to drive site execution decisively.

• Familiar with local construction practices, quality requirements, and site safety compliance.
