A Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Project Oversight: Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities, ensuring alignment with design plans, specs, and regulations.

Team Management: Organize work crews, subcontractors, and labor; manage daily tasks and schedules.

Material & Logistics: Oversee material delivery, quality testing, and inventory; requisition tools and resources.

Technical Duties: Interpret blueprints, provide technical guidance, conduct site inspections, and perform quality assurance.

Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate site records, daily logs, progress reports, and cost analyses.

Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with project managers, architects, quantity surveyors, and clients.

Problem Solving: Adapt plans and solve unexpected technical issues or delays.
