Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities.
• Oversee daily construction works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and
• project schedule.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and safety performance on site.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure timely rectification of defects.
• Prepare site reports, progress updates, and relevant documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
• Experience in PPVC projects will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of construction processes and sequencing.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficient in reading construction drawings and specifications.
