- Reports Project Manager
- Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & consultants
- Coordinating for the project planning, documentation and execution of works on site
- Coordination, supervision & monitoring the progress of the project works on site, manpower mobilization, materials planning & ordering
- Coordinate with the contractor, suppliers on all project implementation issues and attend site meetings when required
- Coordinate for all submission
- Produce weekly site progress report and necessary submission
- Attend meetings, conduct site inspection on work progress to ensure quality control in accordance to meet authority requirements.
Job Requirement
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (Recognized degree by PE board or BCA)
- RE Registration with IES of Singapore
- Independent with good communication skill
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills and team work
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Able to start immediately or within a short notice period will have added advantage
