Responsibilities:

* Oversee day-to-day operations and activities at the construction site.

* Ensure all construction works are carried out in accordance with structural plans, specifications, and relevant standards.

* Monitor quality of workmanship and ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements.

* Coordinate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth progress of works.

* Assist in planning and scheduling of daily and weekly site activities to meet project timelines.

* Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

* Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the construction industry, especially residential projects

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
