We are partnering with a reputable A1 Main Contractor delivering major LTA civil infrastructure developments across Singapore. As part of ongoing MRT station and tunnelling works, we are seeking an experienced Site Engineer to support daily construction activities and site coordination for complex underground infrastructure works.

Position 1: Site Engineer – Upto SG$ 6,500
Position 2: Senior Site Engineer – Upto SG$ 8,500
Company Type: Prominent A1 Main Contractor
Projects: Large-Scale LTA MRT Infrastructure Projects (Stations, Tunnels, Underground Works)

Note: Candidates must already have the legal right to work in Singapore

Package Information: Upto SG$ 8,500 per Month (Negotiable), 13 Months Guaranteed, upto 2.5 months of Performance Bonus, Dental insurance, Double pay, Gratuity, Life insurance, medical insurance, Travel allowance

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Project Manager and Project Engineers in supervising daily construction activities on MRT infrastructure projects including underground stations and tunnelling works.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and site teams to ensure construction activities are executed safely and in accordance with approved drawings and method statements.
• Monitor site progress and ensure construction works are carried out according to project schedules and quality standards.
• Assist in supervising civil works including reinforced concrete structures, deep excavation, diaphragm wall construction, and foundation works.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, LTA requirements, and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparation of method statements, work procedures, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and internal engineering teams to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Ensure site activities comply with MOM and LTA workplace safety requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience working with a Main Contractor on infrastructure or building construction projects in Singapore.
• Experience in MRT station works, tunnelling projects, deep excavation, diaphragm walls, or reinforced concrete structures will be advantageous.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, site coordination, and project execution.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
