• Develop unique interpretations of songs by incorporating personal style, creativity, and emotional depth.
• Participate in workshops, conferences, and music-related events to expand skills, industry knowledge, and professional networks.
• Collaborate with music directors and creative teams to select repertoire aligned with artistic direction and audience preferences.

2. Strong stage presence and the ability to engage, entertain, and connect with audiences.
   
3. Proven experience performing in live settings such as concerts, clubs, festivals, or musical theatre productions.
   
4. Willingness to collaborate and take creative direction from music directors, producers, and creative teams.
   
5. Excellent pitch, vocal range, tone, and overall vocal control.
   
6. Demonstrated professionalism, strong work ethic, and a genuine passion for music and performance.
   
7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and irregular hours as required.
