因業務擴展，現誠聘一名有經驗的 CNC Turning Setter Cum Programmer 加入我們的生產團隊。

We are a Singapore-based Precision Engineering company specializing in high precision CNC machining components. Due to business expansion, we are looking for an experienced CNC Turning Setter Cum Programmer to join our production team.

📍 工作地點 Location: Changi Area, Singapore
💰 薪資 Salary: Gross Salary S$2,850 – S$3,100（包含 OT / Inclusive of OT）
🕒 工作制度 Working Arrangement: 6 天制 | 12 小時輪班制

工作時間 Working Hours

6 天工作制 / 6 Days Work Week
12 小時輪班制 / 12 Hours Rotating Shift

日班 Day Shift S$2850 (含加班)
8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

夜班 Night Shift S$3100 (含加班)
8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

工作內容 Job Responsibilities

• 負責 CNC Auto Lathe / CNC Turning / Lathe 機台設定與操作
  Setup and operate CNC Auto Lathe / CNC Turning / Lathe machines

• 使用 Mastercam 或其他 CAD/CAM 軟體進行程式編寫
  Perform CNC programming using Mastercam or other CAD/CAM software

• 編寫與修改 G-code / M-code CNC 程式
  Create and modify G-code / M-code programs

• 負責 3 Axis / 5 Axis CNC 機台設定與生產
  Setup and operate 3-Axis / 5-Axis CNC machining machines

• 確保加工產品符合 工程圖紙、公差與品質要求
  Ensure machining parts meet engineering drawings, tolerances and specifications

• 使用量測工具進行 製程檢驗 (In-process inspection)
  Perform in-process inspection using measuring instruments

• 進行基本機台保養與簡單故障排除
  Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• 與生產團隊合作達成每日生產目標
  Work closely with production team to achieve daily production targets

CAD / CAM Software

• Mastercam

• SolidCAM

• Fusion 360

• AutoCAD (basic)
  

職位要求 Job Requirements

• 具備 CNC Turning / Auto Lathe 設定與編程經驗
  Experience in CNC Turning / Auto Lathe setup and programming

• 熟悉 Mastercam 或 CAD/CAM CNC Programming
  Familiar with Mastercam or CAD/CAM programming

• 熟悉 3 Axis / 5 Axis CNC 加工
  Experience with 3-Axis / 5-Axis machining

• 能閱讀 工程圖與 GD&T
  Able to read technical drawings and GD&T

• 熟悉 量測工具（卡尺、千分尺、高度規）
  Familiar with precision measuring instruments

• 有 Precision Engineering / Manufacturing 行業經驗 者優先
  Experience in precision engineering industry preferred
