We are BAUHAUS, a retailer of fine fashion accessories brands including Salad, Muet, and Tough from Hong Kong, opening our second shop in Singapore. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. NOTE: This position is for our upcoming store in VivoCity. We are looking to hire a candidate who can begin work in April 2026.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Monitor store performance and provide regular feedback to the team to drive improvement.
• Oversee store merchandising, visual displays, and stock management to align with brand guidelines.
• Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and resolves any customer issues effectively.
• Support the Operations Director in administrative tasks, sales reporting, and compliance with company policies.
• Manage staffing and store roster.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of proven retail experience, with demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Strong sales ability with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of fashion retail trends and strong visual merchandising skills.
• Ability to work a 44-hour work week on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $3,000-3,200 SGD per month
• Commission: Up to $1,500 SGD per month, based on team and store performance.
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week
