Job Summary

Join us as a Shipping Officer to coordinate and manage international shipping activities, ensuring timely delivery and compliance across global markets for our premium coconut products.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all shipping activities, including preparing and verifying shipping documentation and scheduling shipments to meet delivery deadlines
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and company policies to maintain smooth customs clearance and avoid delays
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities to facilitate efficient shipment processing and resolve issues
• Track shipments actively and resolve logistical problems promptly to maintain delivery schedules
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipping documents and transactions for audit and reporting purposes

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping or logistics operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Strong knowledge of import/export documentation and procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset to anticipate and resolve shipping challenges
