• Air & Sea Freight Shipments co-ordination and communication with various parties (including customers, overseas agents, carriers/airlines, NVOCC, co-loaders) on shipments booking/clearance/delivery.
• Liaise with service providers and customers on shipments arrangement
• Monitoring and following up of shipments status regularly.
• Understand customs process and procedures
• Process import/export permits
• Attending to phone calls
• Processing shipments via EDI software
• Arranging local handling services
• Process monthly reports and shipments invoices
• Perform duties as and when assigned by Manager

Job Requirements
• Welcome entry level - Training Provided
• O’ Level or Diploma in logistics and supply chain management
• Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Positive good attitude

Salary: $2,300 - $ 2,600
