Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.00am – 5.00pm) , Sat (8.00am-12.00pm)
Salary: $2500-$2800

Shipping Assistant
Job Scope (Responsibilities):
• Process custom declaration and bill of landing
• Manage shipment arrangement for cargo clearance for delivery by air and sea freight
• Prepare and check import shipment documents
• Ensure proper coordination between warehouse staff, sales staff, shipping agents, oversees counterparts & vendors
• Work in a small team, covering all aspects of the forwarding process
• Basic admin duties such as billing, costings, and payment follow up
• Liaising with colleagues in Japan and Vietnam for shipping query
• On/ off-sites inventory stock take
• Support strategic purchasing request

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry
