Responsibilities:

• Create and manage complete sets of export shipping documents for international deliveries, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, insurance papers, shipping certificates, and review Bills of Lading (B/L).
• Communicate and coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal departments regarding shipping document requirements and address any related questions.
• Handle letter of credit (LC) bank documentation, review and prepare all shipping paperwork to ensure it is fully compliant and complete, and keep organized records of all shipping-related activities.
• Verify that shipping documents are accurate and complete, meeting customer, banking, and regulatory standards.
• Generate shipping certificates and maintain proper filing, scanning, and archiving of all documentation.
• Provide general administrative assistance to the shipping documentation team.
• Carry out additional tasks as requested.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in preparing export shipping documentation within a manufacturing or trading company
• Proven experience managing complete sets of export documents and LC documentation for bank submission
• Familiarity with commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, proforma invoices, and basic export regulations and procedures
• Understanding of purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and the invoicing process
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with Oracle is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multinational company (MNC) environment
