Responsibilities

Lead the technicians to achieve smooth and safe plant operation and provides technical support for shift operation, process optimization and quality conformance.

Work with the Process Engineer to conduct activities and projects to optimize operation during Shift to achieve operational and cost efficiency

Troubleshoot plant/equipment/quality issues and recommend countermeasures.

Monitor and ensure plant equipment integrity and reliability.

Assist the Process Engineer to support Shift operation by providing suitable operating conditions for stable plant operation and product quality control

Train and develop team members.

Requirements

Possess Degree in Chemical Engineering

Possess good analytical and technical report writing skills

Ability to be a team player

Leadership skills, initiative, drive & commitment

Able to take pressure

Able to communicate well with others.

Must be willing to do shift work position (i.e. Rotating AM and PM shifts, including weekends and Public Holiday) and there will be scheduled off days.
