Job Description

• Support and manage workplace safety, health and environmental activities.
• Ensure company operations comply with WSH, environmental, safety and internal requirements.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Prepare and maintain SHE / ESH reports, permits, records and compliance documents.
• Assist in implementing safety management systems, policies and improvement programs.
• Coordinate with internal departments, contractors and external parties on safety matters.
• Conduct safety briefings, training and awareness activities for staff and contractors.
• Support emergency response, environmental monitoring and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree in Environmental, Health & Safety, Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Science or related field.
• Relevant SHE / ESH / HSE / WSH experience in chemical, manufacturing, plant, logistics or industrial environment.
• Knowledge of WSH regulations, risk assessment, incident investigation and safety compliance will be advantageous.
• Familiar with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, safety management system, audits or environmental requirements preferred.
• Candidates with safety certificates, Fire Safety, Risk Management or related qualifications will have added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work with operations teams, contractors and management.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive in promoting workplace safety.
