Position: Service Technician
Salary: up to $2400+AWS+VB
Working Day: 5 Days
Working Location: Joon Koon

Job Responsibilities:

• Support service operations for power transmission products and equipment include overhaul, repair, installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
• Follow service and quality standards when performing disassembly, cleaning, assembling, functional testing, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Identify problems with products and equipment, evaluate the underlying reasons, and provide workable fixes and remedies.
• Ensure dependable functioning, replace, adjust, and restore damaged or defective parts.
• To confirm that components are within the necessary specifications and tolerances, use measuring devices, precision tools, and inspection equipment.
• Make sure operational preparedness, perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on workshop tools, machinery, and equipment.
• Use drilling machines, overhead cranes, induction bearing warmers, and other associated apparatus in a safe and efficient manner.

• Adhere to the company's safety regulations, procedures, and housekeeping requirements while maintaining a tidy, orderly, and secure workplace.
• To guarantee that service tasks are finished effectively and on time, collaborate closely with team members and supervisors.
• As directed by the manager or supervisor, carry out additional ad hoc tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering & Mechatronics, or equivalent.
• Capable of using measurement tools such a multimeter, dial gauge, micrometer, and vernier caliper.
• Advantageous if have experience overhauling and servicing gearboxes, gearmotors, or electric motors.
• Basic understanding of rotating machinery, lubrication systems, oil seals, and bearings.
