Job Description:

• Carry out marine engineering, maintenance, and repair works in the workshop and onboard vessels
• Perform replacement of parts and assemblies under the guidance of a Service Engineer
• Utilize service manuals, maintenance manuals, and equipment schematics to complete assigned tasks
• Conduct basic installations of technical solutions in accordance with predefined procedures
• Provide technical support to business partners
• Perform tasks with minimal supervision, applying experience and sound judgment
• Travel to shipyards, ports, and customer sites as required
• Ensure all work complies with maritime safety regulations, company procedures, and quality standards
• Maintain accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and technical documentation

Job Requirements:

• Basic understanding of marine systems
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team
• Able to communicate effectively in English
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shipyard environments
• Willing and able to travel frequently, with approximately 80% of time spent at shipyards, ports, or customer sites
• 1–2 years of relevant experience is an advantage; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
