Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled CCTV Service Technician to join our team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV/IP surveillance systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and delivering reliable solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and test CCTV/IP camera systems, DVR/NVR units, and related hardware.
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and upgrades to ensure system reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site and remotely.
• Provide technical support and training to clients on system usage.
• Prepare service reports, installation documentation, and maintenance logs.
• Work in compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in CCTV installation and servicing (IP-based systems preferred).
• Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, switches, routers).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation.
• Physically fit to perform installation work (lifting, climbing ladders, working at heights).
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to client sites when required.
• Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and eligible work pass holders may apply.
