Job Title: Restaurant Front of House

Location: Southern Singapore
Salary Package: $2,500 - $3,100 per month (Base)
Total First-Year Potential: Up to $3,800+ per month (including allowances, OT, and bonuses)

The Day-to-Day (What You’ll Actually Be Doing)

• The First Impression: Greeting guests as they arrive, making them feel at home, and guiding them through the menu if they have questions.

• Running the Floor: Taking orders accurately, serving food and drinks, and checking in on tables to make sure everyone has what they need.

• Setting the Stage: Making sure the dining area and service stations are clean, stocked, and looking sharp before service starts.

• Solving Problems: Handling guest requests and special requests with a calm and positive attitude, whether it is a dietary need or a birthday surprise.

• Behind the Scenes: Helping with table reservations over the phone and email, plus pitching in with daily operational tasks to keep the team organized.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: At least 2 years in a Food & Beverage service role. You know the pace and you know the basics.

• The Right Attitude: You are guest-oriented and actually care about the details (the little things make a big difference here).

• Flexibility: You are comfortable with rotating shifts, that means mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays. (Yes, there are night shift allowances for late finishes, and travel claims if you are working outside of public transport hours).

• Environment Note: This venue permits smoking. Team members are allowed to wear masks while working to stay comfortable.

The Schedule

• 5-day work week. 

• Rotating shifts to keep things fair.
