Manage the daily service operations and ensure services are delivered efficiently and on time.

Lead, supervise, train, and motivate the service team to achieve departmental and company objectives.

Ensure high standards of customer service and handle customer enquiries, feedback, complaints, and service issues professionally.

Develop and implement service procedures, standards, and policies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor service performance, response time, quality of work, and customer feedback.

Prepare service schedules, manpower allocation, and work assignments for the service team.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and follow-ups where required.

Ensure service reports, job sheets, maintenance records, and customer records are properly maintained and updated.

Monitor service-related costs, expenses, and resource usage to ensure cost-effective operations.

Prepare quotations, service proposals, work orders, and reports when required.

Identify opportunities to improve service quality, increase customer retention, and generate additional service revenue.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and customer requirements.

Provide regular updates and reports to Management on service performance, customer issues, manpower, and operational matters.

Work closely with the Sales, Operations, Project, Finance, and Administration teams to support customer requirements.

Attend client meetings, service reviews, and operational discussions as required.

Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
