Job Description

This is not a typical internship.

You will be deployed on-site and work closely with operations and management to understand how large-scale cleaning and facilities services are delivered.

You will gain hands-on experience in:

• Site operations and service execution
• Workforce coordination and workflow optimization
• Identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements
• Supporting implementation of structured systems and processes
• Exposure to real client environments (commercial / institutional settings)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day site operations and supervision
• Observe and analyse operational workflows
• Support process improvement initiatives
• Coordinate with supervisors and ground staff
• Document insights and contribute to internal systems development

Who We Are Looking For

• Final-year students or recent graduates
• Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn
• Able to work on-site (not a desk-bound role)
• Observant, analytical, and proactive
• Comfortable working in real operational environments

Internship Duration (Important)

We strongly prefer candidates who are available for 6 months or longer to ensure meaningful exposure and contribution.
