Job Description

•  To perform on-site preventive maintenance services.
• To provide ad-hoc remedial repair service as requested by customers.
• To ensure customers’ satisfaction and service level are met at all times.
• Supervise, plan and perform the service activities from customers.
• Schedule and perform product pre-delivery inspection, installation and commissioning.
• Ensure escalating jobs are completed and ensure customers’ satisfaction.
• Plan and schedule the contract maintenance for the service team.
• Work closely with R&D to resolve issues when necessary.
• Assist the sales department on technical issues for sales tender, site meeting and new product assessment.
• Monitor and propose new contract proposals for potential customers.
• Revise and renew contract proposition for the current contract customers.
• Control stock process to minimize stock aging.
• Plan and work on continuous product development.
• Assist senior service engineers on technical issues.
  

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 2 - 3years of service experience in the related field is required for this position.
