Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/Semi-conductor
• Position Title: Field Service Engineer (Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics)
• Working Location: Depending on allocated project
• Working Hours: 5 days (Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Transportation Allowance $500 + OT + Standby Allowance + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• To install, service, support, upgrade and maintain equipment.
• Perform a variety of moderate to complex assignments, such as diagnosing equipment problems and make repairs or adjustments.
• To understand system parameters and interactions to allow process development and extension electronic-mechanical troubleshooting on the equipment.
• To support the team in meeting customers’ expectations and company’s expectations.
• To provide direct support on machine at customers’ fab.
• To write technical report
• To handle specific jigs during service jobs
• Assist senior colleagues to perform higher-level hob such as robot teaching & sub-units.
• To perform ad-hoc delivery work.

• Minimum NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Microelectronics Engineering, or related
• Cleanroom working experience will be highly advantageous.
• Experience in machine set up/installation/modification/servicing/trouble shooting/repair.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable with standing-by/working after working hours.
• Comfortable with travelling occasionally.
• Inexperience candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
