Responsibilities:

• Handling of all Field Service, Maintenance of Power related products.

• Handling of all projects design, interface with client users, implementation at site and relevant duties.

• Direct and coordinate installation, maintenance, support, documentation, commissioning

• activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industrybstandards.

• Providing advice and troubleshooting for our customers.

• Technical support for customer and partners.

• Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation including repair success rate and spare parts inventory records.

• Conduct technical training and provide guidance to junior engineers and customers.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of electrical theory with hands-on experience in cabling and termination work.

• Good interpersonal abilities and strong customer service orientation..

• Skilled in using Microsoft office applications and AutoCAD.

• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Demonstrates accountability, ownership of tasks, resilience and effective communication skills.
