Service Delivery Manager (SDM) / Maintenance Sales – Commercial

We are looking for an exciting and dynamic goal chaser to support our Service Delivery Team. Working closely with our sales team, the successful candidate shall ensure and manage key client’s satisfaction while refining delivery processes to meet KPIs.


This is a client facing role that provides incentives for growing our post sales / managed service revenue. You will also supervise day to day operations of the helpdesk for optimal resource management.

The Service Delivery Manager is a client facing role pertaining to post sales / service matters.


The Responsibilities:

· Maintaining positive relationships with key customers

· Coordinate with EU and Acct Manager to ensure all Post Sales expectations are in line

· Coordinate with service team and Account Manager to ensure all information is provided. If not all information is provided, he/she will ensure we acquire all information required

· Conduct regular reviews (for key accounts) with end users

· Coordinate with the Sales Team to ensure post sales revenue continue to rise

· Manage service delivery for existing and potential clients; both locally and regionally

· Identify and develop customer service procedures, policies and standards

· Understanding the needs and requirements of clients, and moving to meet those needs proactively

· To actively contribute to the growth of existing clients and the generation of new businesses

· Review and assess customer service contracts

· Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards

· Review customer complaints and work with related teams to provide resolutions

· Liaise with company management to support and implement growth strategies


The Pre-Requisites:

· The ability to really listen to customers

· Candidate must possess at least Diploma or equivalent in any field.

· Minimally two years of experience in the AV / IT industry

· In-depth knowledge of customer service principles and practices

· Proficiency in MS Office applications

· Can demonstrate a good level of negotiation and communication skills, both internally and with external clients

· Ability to write and speak good English

· Positive attitude and incredible work ethics
