Job Description
SUMMARY AND BENEFITS
- Work location: Tanjong Pagar
- Work Schedule: 5 workdays, 44 hours per week
- Sign-on bonus (Terms and conditions apply)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides smooth and efficient service at the Restaurant ensuring that standards are always met
- Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences
- Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests
- Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay
- Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies
- Clears and resets counters or tables
- Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record
- Standard service duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
- Experience in Japanese fine dining environment will be advantage
- Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
- Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
- Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays
