Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Restaurant / F&B Retail
• Position Title: Service Crew / Kitchen Helper
• Working Location: Chinatown Point
• Working Hours: 6 days (11.00 am – 10.00 pm)
• Salary Package: Up to $3,000 (Including OT + Allowance + Incentive)
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and attend to walk-ins
• Manage queues
• Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables
• Provide excellent F&B service to guests
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant
• Assist in checking and restocking inventory as needed
• Assist chefs and cooks in preparing ingredients
