Job Summary

Lau Wang Claypot is a growing local F&B brand with multiple outlets across Singapore. We are looking for friendly and reliable Service Crew members to deliver excellent customer service and support daily outlet operations.

Key Responsibilities

•  Provide good customer service and ensure a positive dining experience
• Take orders and serve food accurately and efficiently
• Handle cashiering duties and POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet
• Assist in drinks preparation.
• Ensure smooth daily operations and teamwork with kitchen staff
• Follow company SOPs and service standards

Requirements

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Relevant experience in F&B is an advantage
