General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent service and ensure smooth daily operations in the dining area
• Set up and clear tables promptly and neatly before and after service
• Take customer orders accurately and input them into the Point of Sales (POS) system
• Promote standard menu beverages and upsell specialty drinks when appropriate
• Serve food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely manner
• Prepare and serve beverages according to bar recipes and standards
• Ensure customer requests are met by coordinating closely with the team members
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times
• Perform general food and beverage operational tasks as required
• Ensure the bar area is clean, well-stocked, and efficiently organised
• Stay attentive to customer needs and respond promptly to requests
• Maintain a positive attitude and cooperate effectively with team members
• Suggest improvements to enhance service quality and work processes
• Any other duties may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirement:

• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
• Prior F&B or customer service experience is a plus (training provided)
• Attentive, friendly, and service-oriented
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
