Job Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective aftersales service.

- Implement core service processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Manage and guide the team of technicians, ensuring their work is conducted efficiently and professionally.

- Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer requirements, including timely delivery, quality repairs, customer service, and cost-effectiveness.

- Drive initiatives to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.

- Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements:

- Diploma, 'A' Levels, NTC 2/3, or an equivalent qualification.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive service sector, ideally in a service advisor role or similar.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is essential.
