Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Admin Executive to support our growing service team. You will handle quotations, sales orders, customer coordination, and ensure smooth daily operations with the service team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes to support sales and service processes
• Process work orders and email orders, coordinating internally to ensure timely completion
• Monitor service car stock levels and track work orders, purchase orders, and invoices to maintain operational efficiency
• Follow up on customer requests and order changes to provide responsive customer service
• Resolve order issues by communicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and the service team to maintain strong working relationships

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales administration or customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft D365 CE is an added advantage
