Job Description

• Manage commercial operations for both owned and third-party fleet trading worldwide.
• Post fixture management - freight/hire payables and receivables, laytime calculations, vessel performance reviews.
• Optimizing voyages and maximizing revenue.
• Handle bunker procurement and management.
• Timely update voyage data on digital platform (IMOS) & generate routine reports on vessels' commercial performance.
• Coordinate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.) to expedite voyages efficiently.
• Review Port Disbursement Accounts (DAs).
• Basic understanding of insurance and claim handling
• Manage all other voyage relevant invoices effectively and timely.
• Provide general administrative support to the team leader as needed.

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree in Maritime/Business.
• Have at least 7 - 10 years of relevant experience as a Vessel Operator / Operations Executive in Commercial operations.
• Have relevant experience as a Vessel Operator / Operations Executive in Commercial operations for Supramax / Ultramax.
• Possess strong administrative, planning, and implementation skills.
• Demonstrate fluency in English with excellent writing skills to communicate with external parties (Agents/Charterers/Owners etc.).
